Fifty-four years ago, Bertha Reppert of the Rosemary House in Mechanicsburg and PCGC President from 1965-1967, organized an Herb Tea to be held during a Penn-Cumberland Garden Club (PCGC) Spring Meeting. This year, Patricia Stull, a local artist, presented a program titled “A Cottage Garden Herb Tea”. She discussed how the flowers in her garden inspire her paintings. A collection of her paintings were on display.
The Tea was held on Monday, May 21, at the Camp Hill Borough Hall, 2145 Walnut Street, Camp Hill at 10 a.m. A short business meeting preceded the Tea. The menu included recipes with an emphasis on herbs.
