For individuals or organizations within the Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, or York Counties of Pennsylvania who have garden projects that wish to support PCGC’s mission to develop the art of gardening among the community; to engage community interest and activity in civic beautification and landscaping; to participate in the conservation of trees, plants, bird life and all natural resources; and to further the study of plant life.
The dedication of the membership generates funds which are returned to the community by the allocation process.
